Lennox Yoga Lounge

Lennox head is a small coastal village located 765km's north of Sydney, situated between Byron Bay and Ballina.

It is characterised by a large headland known as Pat Morton lookout and Seven Mile beach which runs parallel to the main street.

Below Lennox Headland is the point where world renowned surfers love the magical right hand break. Lennox Headland was also recently named a National Surfing Reserve which formally recognises the area as outstanding in its natural characteristics and environmental value.

To the north of the town is Lake Ainsworth, a calm peaceful freshwater lake. The lake is stained brown by the

tea trees along its shore and is thought to have healing properties.

The lake is ideal for swimming, sailing and foreshore picnics with public bbq's and amenities close by.

The lake also provides the backdrop for the Sunday Market held monthly along the foreshore.

Lennox originally began as a quiet fishing village used by locals for holiday accommodation and as a weekender, but has grown into a beautiful town with restaurants, cafes and shops to cater to everyone's needs.
